Jan De Vries Emergency Essence is a combination of flower essences which may help maintain equilibrium of mood and mind, and provides support during times of anxiety, alarm and distress. It can be useful in any crisis situation such as bereavement, accident or fear. It may also be used in situations such as trauma, emotional upsets, exams and interviews, panic attacks, extreme stress, worry or shock.   Ingredients Grape alcohol ( approx 27% ABV),  infusions of Sweet Chestnut, Bluebell, Orange Hawkweed, Yarrow and red Chestnut, with Star of Bethlehem, Impatiens, Cherry Plum, Clematis and Rock Rose.
