Solgar VM75 are a convenient one-a-day multivitamin. They are extra-high potency tablets and capsules with amino acids and chelated minerals. The purpose of a daily multi-vitamin is to ensure that your body has essential nutrients to perform at its optimum level. People who do not eat a balanced diet often require supplements that provide essential nutrients missing from dietary sources. Solgar VM75 are available in various quantities; 30, 60 or 90 tablets as well as 60 capsules. This food supplement is suitable for vegans. Directions

Food supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule/tablet daily, preferably at mealtimes or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if outer bottle seal is missing, torn or damaged in any way.
